D Chan Real Estates relied mostly on traditional media and word of mouth to gain new clients. They recognised that their competitors were maximising social media to generate new leads and, while they had a social media presence, it was ineffective. D Chan wanted to change that. They wanted more leads.
After optimising their social media presence, we designed and managed online advertising across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and Pin.tt. Within the first six months, an average of 200 people were contacting them every month.
