Simple doesn’t have to be synonymous with plain or unattractive design. For Family Tree Medical, a simple website meant one that is visually appealing yet easy for everyone to use.

While they plan to add more information to the site in the future, they wanted to prioritise making it easy for clients to book appointments and contact them.

We set up a simple, easy‑to‑use landing page with a booking system that helps Family Tree Medical’s clients, many of whom are aged 50 and older, and staff use the website to schedule and manage appointments.

Now, Family Tree Medical’s appointment system is more streamlined. Clients are booking through the website instead of only calling or messaging, which gives the staff more time to serve patients and manage the clinic.
