People knew CSF, but before this web redesign, they sometimes struggled with two things:
Finding information about CSF’s services
Understanding how those services worked and benefited them
Communicating those two things clearly was the goal for this website’s copy.
After getting to know and understand how CSF and its services work, we structured the website and wrote the content to prioritise:
Making the most important information easy for customers to find
Highlighting benefits and breaking processes into 3–5 steps
Beyond using the new website to communicate better with customers, CSF also uses some of the website’s content on other platforms, like social media, to promote its services.
